When your computer is down, what you want is speedy service esp if you are in the middle of a project or working from home.
The delivery man returned the PC on time and even fixed up and checked the PC before payment via credit card. Very bad service, said to take 10-15 days, took nearly 2 and a half months. Repair cost is also reasonable. Just about every repair shop I've encountered offers some kind of "tune-up" service that promises to improve your PC's performance by deleting temporary files, defragmenting your hard drive, removing unused applications, running Windows Update, and (in many cases) cleaning the Windows Registry. I had sent in for repair under Harvey Norman's extended warranty but they were unable to resolve the issues despite replacing the screen 3 times in the past year but the white screen issue surfaced again within less than 5 times of usage after each repair. First time was due to a faulty PSU which was properly rectified. Will definitely visit again for future repairs and for anyone who needs their PC's to be fixed.
