dancing queen poe build

The main idea is to be super tanky and faceroll everything in your way without having to dodge almost anything. This build is based on The Whispering Ice unique staff. Awesome build friend. No boss is too hard, most are too easy. I'm checking out the new league, reading the patch notes, etc, trying to remember how to play PoE and how my own build works :)
