Then I’m thinking about my past, all the hardships and the trials and tribulations that I’ve been through, how long it’s taken me to finally get a decent amount of spotlight. It’s about patience. As far as the music stuff, he got that. I hope the fans take away that you can do anything that you put your mind to, no matter what social challenges or stereotypes you face. That would mean the world to me, but even if I don’t win or don’t get nominated, I already won in my mind.
