I am goign to begin saving my egg shells and try this!I think the Salmonella scare of eating raw egg yolks is over-hyped (I have been eating every day never got sick), but the concern for the shells is very real because of the direct exposure. Sort of like when some gardeners will cool the egg water from boiled eggs to water thier plant that need calcium.Wondering….can I just add the powder to my tea and/or coffee in the morning?Just a friendly note… All people and especially those suffering from kidney disease should know their calcium levels. see That said, there may be some benefit from the eggshells – perhaps the 3-5% of the shell that’s made from proteins provide something useful. She has a large family and will take a while to wait for only new ones. With the amount of calcium people are getting supplemented in their food already and from dairy products there is no need to take a supplement at all. Or a fresh laid egg everyday? In any case, negativity is in the eye of the beholder.

Its not everyday a person uses it in a sentence Remember Calcium and Magnesium need one another to work properly. If there are any chunks, absorption will go way down due to lack of surface area for stomach acid to act upon. Do you know how much vitamin C you get in an amount, such as a teaspoon?Putting the powdered egg shell into a little yogurt is inexpensive; it dissolves and bubbles a bit. Borax is used to make a boron concentration. I use an egg shell for quite a while now, but I found before that 5g (1 tsp) have about 400mg, according to ur post its twice more :-O I recently develop some stomach, intestine, I`m not even sure which exactly problem.
