They have some small waterslides, a fun and entertaining kids section/shallow end, a wonderful deep end, and plenty of room to swim! They do have a grassy area where you may lay your towels down, and chairs for relaxing.

Parents/adults may take their non-swimming children into the 4-foot area of the Competition Pool, with the understanding of the water depth upon entrance.

I gave it four stars because it's a community pool and sometimes gross things happen, but thats expected from a community pool. The Ephrata Pool turned into a giant dog park on Saturday, September 9, 2017. Some of the stuff was good though, like the ice cream, funnel cake fries, candy, etc. They require anyone under 13 to take a swim test before they are allowed to go on the water slides or the rock wall (by the way, they have two rock climbing walls which are so much fun!)

A water access chair is available in the pool house lobby. Children ages 12 and under must pass the deep water test to use the pool and its features without an adult.
